Mostar's High School Robot Goes to Israel
The students from four Mostar high schools (Electro-Engineering High School, Mechanical Engineering High School, Gymnasium Mostar and UWC Mostar) are intensively working on creation of the robot which will represent Mostar, and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the International robotics competition "FIRST" that will take place in Tel Aviv (Israel) from 14th to 16th of March. Under supervision of UWCiM's Physics teacher Valentina Mindoljević students are making a robot that has to be capable to play football and to cross barriers. The project of making first Mortar’s high school robot is supported by British Aero Space Company and Federal Ministry of Education. This is the first time Bosnia and Herzegovina is represented on "FIRST" robotics competition.
